I am trying to load PowerSDR 2.2.3 on a new PC Pentium i7. Windows 7 SP1 64 bit

The Firewire drivers load and the Felx Radio Drivers load
When loading the program to drive D: it fails with error code 1722
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part
of the setup did not finish as expected. ...
Anyone seen this before on a new install?
