Be very carefull when doing this! I burned out my receiver input when trying this.

In the current software, there is no relay disconnect of the external receiver input when you are transmitting ( when you split RX and TX paths ). Any transmitted RF that is picked up by the receive antenna gets fed directly into the receiver!

I suggest you get an outboard "front end protector" or a very fast relay that disconnects the receiver input when transmitting.

Hope that prevents you and others from experiencing some major grief!

I would like use a Pixel RX only loop that has a preamp in it a s?a ?RX only antenna in RX1. Is there a way that I?could this?be assured that I would not TX into?it and blow up?the preamp?
