I have put these on the FLEX Email reflector several time but here
they are again for those who want to try them.
There is nothing wrong with the Flex DSP just the default settings,

 I have expermented a lot with the below settings and have found this
combination that work quite well and work as well if not better then
the DSP NR, NB  and ANF on the K3.

If you don't experment with ALL that the FLEX will do then your really
missing out, it has a marvoulious receiver when set correctly to how
YOU hear it and your environment.

Change PowerSDR settings after a new Database is loaded
DSP settings                                                    
NR              ANF     Buffers NB                      
40              68      4096    20      
30              50      2048    NB2
15              25              15
