Subject: 60 meter noise

George,

Ref Mar 2 question.....................>

I experienced [apparently] the same problem with my 3000. I note that the wide
band interference was not stable, it started above the 60 meter band then as
time marched on it would travel down in frequency, lower than 60 meters. I
also had other spurs on 80 meters moving around......>

I have screen shots I can send you. I placed a spectrum analyzer on the
antenna jack and found other spurs from the 3000. I sent the 3000 to the Flex
hospital and flex replace a chip. I don't have the RMA in front of me, but if
you ask I will dig it out.

Let me know how I can help. I can send you screen shots.........> Tim was very
helpful as were the Techs.
