Ross,

The FLEX-1500 does not have the necessary hardware to measure reflected
power.  Therefore the "Ref Pwr" & "SWR" settings are not functional if you
are using a FLEX-1500.

The PowerSDR software is not only used with the FLEX-1500, but also with the
FLX-3000 & FLEX-5000 radios.  The reflected power & SWR options are only
active if you are using a FLEX-3000 or a FLEX-5000.
