I am exploring the feasibility of modifying my satellite system, currently
using two Flex radios and two transverters for the 2m and 70cm bands, to allow
half-duplex terrestrial operation using a Flex-1500 to drive both transverters.

I assume the XVTR form in PowerSDR is read from top to bottom to find to
appropriate LO offset. In other words, to carve out a satellite sub-band
within, say 2m, I would place the Begin and End Frequency for the sub-band
above the more general band. For example:

Band Button Begin Freq End Freq
      3 145.8 146.0
      4 144.0 148.0

so that when the XVTR form is scanned with a VFO (TX or RX) frequency of 145.9,
the LO in Band Button 3 would be used?

I assume also that the UCB Addresses need not follow the Band Button order.

I also assume the manual’s description of RX Gain implies the it has not been
implemented.
“RX Gain (dB): Amount of gain to apply to the incoming signals to compensate
for gain within
the transverter. Please note that this is still in development.”
