And I was the one that was not ok to ask to have an open source way to continu upgrading my radio..
There are stuff that will come up and that a 3000 paired with a computer would be able to do (Dstar being one) and right now I have no way to go to the open source community and work it out.. I already do digital voice on HF. not that difficult with freeDV. http://freedv.org/tiki-index.php it works cause the main software work like any digital software that interface to a normal radio.. But a USB dongle is not the same thing.. Thanks flex..
