Added /sim/aircraft property back in, removed include from
preferences.xml, and added <sim>...</sim> tags back into the *-set.xml
files. You need the newest FlightGear CVS changes to use together
with these changes.

The <aircraft> tag in preferences.xml is not parsed (I tried to give it the
value c310 and the c172 is loaded instead, so I have to add the command
line option --aircraft=c310).
So, if you doesn't give the option --aircraft=xxx , the xxx-set.xml file is
not loaded. This originates also another set of problems that I have
encountered.
