Anyone can post to the announce list at any time. However, all postings are moderated by the list admin. Both Cameron Moore and I have the list admin password, although I usually let Cameron do the honors. So, if you have something that's appropriate for the (under utilized) annouce list, please feel free to post it there. If one of the list admins agrees it's appropriate, then we can approve it and let it go through.
