Yes.  The sideslip angle is called "beta", and several coefficients
are affected by it (these are from the default C172p):

  CDbeta: drag due to beta
  CYb: side force due to beta
  Clb: roll moment due to beta
  Cnb: yaw moment due to beta

Since JSBSim uses runtime configuration files, you can add as many
more beta-dependent coefficients as you want.
