Nice movie! It reminded me of something. A few weeks ago, I tried using the jpg-httpd part of FG and mencoder to capture flying in realtime. I used a looped wget to 'download' the images as fast as possible. The problem I stumbled upon, was the very low download speed I got. Around 3-4 kB/s, which is way too slow to get a decent framerate of say, 12-15fps. Does anybody know how to speed up the transferrate of FlightGear or should I replace the jpg-httpd network code (BufferSend) and have it write the JPEG file directly to disk? Any ideas? --Ivo _______________________________________________ Flightgear-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.flightgear.org/mailman/listinfo/flightgear-devel
