YPPH Perth Western Australia.The runways.dat file only shows the two main runways 03 & 06.11 the light A/C runway is missing.But it is included in the YPPH scenery file.

You need to regenerate the scenery using Terragear after running genapts (part of Terragear) with the modified runways.dat. It's somewhat non-trivial.
