A simple list of id's of metar stations. We can use this list to mark which airports have corresponding metar data so we don't flood the noaa site with bogus queries.
It might be a good idea actually to add lat/lon/elev of each station to the list, and to use it instead of the airport list. At least, I have a nagging feeling that there are METAR reporting stations somewhere in the world not colocated with an airport, though I don't have time to check right now.
