Not pitch angle: A lower value of "_j0" indicates a low advance ratio, which increases windmilling speed. This was just a sign bug to the previous checkin, basically. The core change was to fix manual pitch propellers such that a 0.5 value for the axis input matched the value that was solved for in the configuration.
