Hasn't this been discussed earlier on the list? I believe that somebody has (rightfully) said that sometimes (when demonstrating the GUI), people actually WANT to have the menu captured. In case I don't, I use the keyboard to trigger the snapshotting. If you ask me, the old way was better, but it really is no big deal if you leave it the new way as well.
