Not with the gear down, I didn't touch the gear coefficients.  But
pulling the gear up on the ground and letting the plane settle into
Jester's new contact points causes it to bounce violently.

I lowered the damping coefficient value to 10% of the spring coefficient
value on all the structure contacts.  It will now sit nicely on the
runway with the gear up.
