Top posting is always annoying and wrong. Of course, it's bad to have 100 quoted lines with a single "OK" under them. But the problem here is not the "OK", but the nonsensical hundred lines! We don't need the whole thread repeated in each of its messages. People are supposed to quote only if necessary, and only as much as is necessary. This is at most a few lines, so the scrolling down complaint isn't valid at all.
