I tested EDDF building position with the ufo and mpmap (my favorite tool
for testing building positions when I build airports)... and yes the 
buildings
are located approx. 50 meters too much S-W.

mpmap is really the definitive tool to test the building position, I usually
check hangars and taxiways so users can follow accurately their aircraft
movements on the airport.
