The current stable Debian distribution ships 1.33.1, and the autoconf
check for 'boost/foreach.hpp' fails here - no such file. Instead there
is a header file '/usr/include/boost/test/utils/foreach.hpp', but I'm
uncertain if this is the one you're looking for.
