The tool-chain I thought about (based on the forum discussion) is an python 
plugin to Blender to output XML animation fragments. That would hopefully allow 
users to import (say) LightWave objects then output .ac files and some XML 
animation code. Then "all" they need to do is include an FDM and some wrappers.

I'm sure it's the sort of thing that Melchior could create in an hour or two ;)
