It used to work on any AI object, except MP. And yes, it used to be on one
of the ferry models, but it seems to have been removed (by me? Can't
remember!). I need to test to see if it still works. It was never
implemented for Scenery Objects, as I thought that such a utility would have
been superseded by particles. 

But quite a lot has broken recently in the submodel/AIBallistic area. I'm
working on it, but without success so far.
