I was running with AutomaticSelection and only had a single display enabled:
--prop:/sim/rendering/multithreading-mode=AutomaticSelection

No, not yet, but that would be a great feature request. Also being able run
additional 2d panels on extra displays, but that's a very low priority for
me at the moment, devices like the matrox triplehead to go and
nvidia-twinview help reduce the need for a software solution.
