No, I'm getting this one intermittently as well - I'm still deciding a fix - 
I'll send an email here when I commit something that changes this.

The real problem is that we're now attempting to actually delete the AI manager 
- and some of the other complex managers (eg, the submodel manager), where 
previously we just dropped them. Being a good masochist, I'd like to properly 
untangle the mess, instead of modifying the previous work-around.

Thanks for the report (it confirms what I'm seeing here is consistent with 'the 
rest of the world'), I'll need help testing once I commit a proper solution.
