Indeed.  I was just thinking out loudly about how Joe Average might
recieve the requirement to run a local webserver/engine for use with
Atlas if they don't want to pull the tiles from The Net.

Anyhow, I confirm my offer to provide an "AtlasTileServer" - WMS/WMS-C,
a TileCache, to be precise - at "sufficient" bandwidth and leave the
rest to those who are familiar with the details of the Atlas
application  ;-)
