Hi James, And to follow on debugging a bit I do see that it does check for a file - c:/Users/<name>/AppData/Roaming/flightgear.org/fgfsrc which is using %APPDATA%, so that seems ok... And also checks for a file - <--fg-root|FG_ROOT>/system.fgfs.<"COMPUTERNAME"> AND <--fg-root|FG_ROOT>/system.fgfs if they exist...
