I've searched the news groups and see that several others have the problem I now experience, but not one of them has posted a solution. Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm using RH 7.2, NVIDIA driver, Mesa 3.4.2, and FlightGear 0.7.8. I installed Mesa and FlightGear with rpms.
