..this is a both a legal and a cultural thing; in the US, I understand
the prudent thing to do is assume a lawsuit bait and just say "No."

..also keep in mind people are more likely to say no to some unknown
wannabe.org than to a known honorable.org.  So we first need to earn
that reputation and, meanwhile, ask favors as individuals.

..Boris has found a way that works, when he asks.  Stick to it, Boris,
make no changes for as long as it works, please.  ;-)
