You should have to rebuild your Kernel with agp driver corresponding to
your Mainboard cpu (intel, nvidia, via.....) and agpgart.

Installing and loading
FGLRX is not enough.

And include in your modprobe.conf or module.conf the loading of theses
drivers.
I am not sure that it will be done automatically.

If you nee,d i can try to find the right process from my notes, in the
old times i did installed an Ati Radeon.

I just need to know: which Kernel  are you using ?
