We really need to get this fixed.  The client should set the desired
port to zero to get an "ephemeral" port number.  The server should
reply to the source port always, and should use a well-known port
number that we standardize (and should probably store in
preferences.xml).

Then the *only* piece of information a user needs to know is the
server address, which Curt could hopefully set up for us as
"mp.flightgear.org" or somesuch.
