Yes, other countries do have them -- either through official websites,
or indirectly through free sites that gather together the information
a bit more cleanly (see e.g. http://www.airnav.com/ for a wealth of
available information about U.S. airports).  I think the philosophy
for links on the FG webpage has been "stuff that relates directly to
FlightGear itself"; but I see no reason why there can't be a page of
useful links etc. on the FlightGear wiki.  Why not go that route?
