*Once again*, people get busy. I don't know what fraction of the subscribers to this mailing list reads every single post in every single thread, but I'd be willing to bet that it's a lot less than 50%, and even fewer of the developers. And since Curt is the person who knows what's up about the status of scenery building, you're essentially expressing exasperation that one specific person isn't keeping tabs on every discussion in which scenery issues come up, and replying to them when they do.
