Do tell me wht are the libraries and packages that should be installed
for further successful completion of FG installation.Mention also the
paths where the libraries need to be installed.

You need the 'glut' and 'glut-devel' packages installed. I haven't
loaded RedHat9 myself, but you might find freeglut and freeglut-devel
instead which should work fine too.
