Find out which file it complains about:
$ strace -fF -eopen fgfs 2>&1|tee fgfs.log
Then check the logfile and see which XML file it couldn't open.
Should look something like this:
open("/foo/bar.xml", O_RDONLY) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)
After that we think about *why* it couldn't open that file.
File permissions? File doesn't exist? ...
