fgrun can be obtained from http://sourceforge.net/projects/fgrun and works
fine under Linux (I set it up for someone else the other day - on Ubuntu,
too).
fgjs is built as part of the normal flightgear build process so I'd expect it
to be installed in the same place as the fgfs binary?
fgadmin is available in the flightgear source tree from CVS under the "utils"
directory; it's likely included there in the 0.9.9 source package too. It's
not built by default, so you'd have to cd in to the utils/fgadmin directory
and compile it yourself.
