I am sorry. I didn't mean to be rude.
I was only trying to explain my problem, perhaps the way i put it was not appropriate. My sincere apologies.

Here's my problem:
The user selects an area on screen using a mouse. I draw a rectangle to show the selected area. Now, the image contained in the rectangle should be enlarged onto the full screen; i mean to say, the image contained in the rectangle should be scaled.
