This is a ridiculously detailed reproduction recipe. Here's a shortened one: use any aircraft anywhere, and press Shift-i a few times I've looked into it and haven't yet found the cause. It doesn't look like it's a HUD problem (although closing label_buffer properly wouldn't have hurt). I've valgrinded fgfs a few times, but it looks like it's some other subsystem writing to memory it doesn't own.
