Hi Greg
You are probably using the wrong time.you maybe using local time and the sim is 
using
UTC.I had a lot of problems getting my head around this at the start.What I 
used to do was check in the
property  tree under time and see what the actual time is in the sim then use 
that time plus 30 secs or so
for the departure.Then if the A/C didn't depart at that time I new I had made a 
mistake.
