I think this is related to the fact that AI aircraft and air craft that are 
displayed as a result of using the FG online servers go through the same 
system inside FG.  Otherwise why would AI aircraft need to be enabled to use 
the online servers?   As a result time warp can not work with these aircraft 
since those from the online servers are operating in real time.
