So, adding nav-aids to flightgear is actually pretty easy. But we need to know 
exactly where the localizer and DMEs are. Exactly meaning a latitude and 
longitude pair to 4 or 5 decimal places...

Getting them added in MP Map is just a matter of getting the right person to 
update his database.
