OK so somewhere along the way the real flow-capture executable has been
replaced by a script which probably was supposed to be placed in /etc/init.d or
some such so that flow-capture starts when your server reboots.
Have a look in the flow-tools build directory for the real flow-capture file,
and try running that. My build file was located in
/opt/flow-tools-0.66/src/flow-capture
If you aren't sure why you have the shell script it may be worth rebuilding the
whole app from scratch using 'make clean' etc.
