I emailed the person in charge of it about license and to allow it to be  
added to FLTK (waiting for response) but looking again on the FLU project  
page http://www.osc.edu/archive/FLU/ they clearly stated that FLU uses the  
same license of FLTK and has a link to the FLTK licens page  
http://www.fltk.org/COPYING.php so I don't hink that there is any license  
problem on using it.
