Fabien it is not a bad idea. However, there are some people who are 
unfortunately not with us anymore, but who contributed a lot. IMHO those 
guys should be in the list of developers anyway, because they earned 
their names to be on the list forever. :) This said, I propose we take a 
look not just inactivity, but also level of contribution for those 
inactive developers.
