If FULL_PATH_NAMES is left as YES, then there's STRIP_FROM_PATH to give a prefix that can be removed, but we will all have to customize it for our own setup unless we all agree to develop under /home/fltk-1.3 or something. There's also STRIP_FROM_INC_PATH to reduce #include lines in the docs. I haven't played with either of these. BTW, any reason for changing OUTPUT_DIRECTORY from ../doc to . ?
