I agree that there are still some grouped comments and other little annoyances 
that you can find un doc.,
but it should be noted that:

- It does not prevent the user to understand the API at least as good as in the 
former html 1.1 documentation.

- The most important thing is to focus on correctness and completion of the 
documentation, more than on aesthetics.
As an example, I would probably prefer that Greg adds first some details on 
Fl_Browser use as he proposed, rather than correcting a grouped get/set comment 
...

Of course doing both would be even better !
