I have ported the device patch for fltk 1.1.4 to fltk 1.3 for my computer
algebra system application Xcas which uses FLTK as graphic library. People
interested can download the port from
ftp://ftp-fourier.ujf-grenoble.fr/xcas/devel/sources/fltkdev_win.tgz
(tested under winxp cygwin and linux, not yet with mac os).
The list of changes is described in the device file.
Support for printing has been improved a little bit for latin UTF-8 charsets
(file Fl_PS_Printer.cxx) and modern greek (except for accent greek letters, I
don't know how to handle them right now).
