It is indeed not a clean patch, but it had the advantage that I could do it in
about 1 day and that it seems to be working. I do not plan to work on FLTK
myself, I have enough work with my Xcas application, but my users *need*
printing and switching to 1.3 was required for Greek localization. I was
disappointed to see that printing was still not available in FLTK 1.3,
therefore I decided to port the old patch. I hope someone will soon add good
and clean printing support to FLTK!
