Yes. All windows(non fltk) are affected

No there is no problem. After closing the exe all windows title seem ok

Os- winxp version 200 service pack 2
fltk version fltk-1.1.x-r5857
build->
Microsoft Development Environment 2003 version 7.1.3038
Microsoft .NetFramework 1.1 version 1.1.4322 SP1

I'm not using GetDC or any other such type of functions

I think thats a memory problem. I modified the code where to save the momory. I 
didn't get the problem since yesterday. But i'm not sure it'll not come in 
future. I need to test it.
