I am being redirected to: http://ftp.funet.fi/pub/mirrors/ftp.easysw.com/pub/fltk/snapshots/fltk-1.3.x-r7654.tar.bz2They say that they are still resyncing the mirror after an upgrade and some files may be missing. They are missing everything as far as fltk is concerned.
