OK - I just pulled r7654 of fltk-1.3 from svn, and the fltk.dsw file is there; where did you look? I find 2 fltk.dsw files actually, one in ./ide/visualc/fltk.dsw and one in ./ide/VisualC6/fltk.dsw I believe that (perhaps oddly) the .dsw file that you want is the one in the VisualC6 folder - I believe it is maintained as a "lowest common denominator" across all the MS IDE versions. I think the version in the visualc folder is not fully up to date and is deprecated.
