I wasn't able to attend today's meeting. Is this going to become the
regular time? Or should I put Monday on my calendar. There doesn't seem
to be anything on the Fluid meeting page....

Also, since this is the first time we're doing an iteration plan like
this, don't feel like your story cards have to be perfect. Just take a
first pass at breaking up your deliverables into smaller tasks that
can be spread out over several two-week iterations. Michelle will be
around to offer her iteration planning wisdom and answer questions as
